5) Wallet, Payments & Billing
- Funding & Payments: You may fund your Wallet or pay by supported cards (processed via third-party processors such as Stripe). Currency, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout where applicable.
- Wallet Use: Wallet balance may be used for eligible purchases on the platform. We may set limits, require KYC verification, or place temporary holds to comply with law and anti-fraud checks.
- Transfers: Where enabled, you may transfer Wallet funds to other users. Transfers are final once executed.
- Refunds: Unless otherwise required by law, digital products, SaaS subscriptions, training enrollments, vouchers, and wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once delivered/activated. If a mistaken duplicate charge or processing error occurs, contact support promptly for review.
- Chargebacks: You agree to contact us before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized use may lead to suspension.
6) Referrals, Points & Vouchers
- Referrals: Share your referral link per program rules. We may disqualify self-referrals, fraudulent traffic, or abuse.
- Points: Points have no cash value outside the platform. They may be converted to Wallet at the current in-app conversion rate, which may change with prior notice in the dashboard or policy page.
- Vouchers: Where available, vouchers created from your Wallet/benefits are subject to stated expiry, scope, and limits. Vouchers are non-transferable unless the interface explicitly permits gifting.

- Fraud Prevention: We may review referrals and withhold, reverse, or claw back benefits for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy breaches.
8) SaaS Subscriptions (e.g., One-Touch Feedback)
- Trials: Some plans include a time-limited free trial. After the trial, billing is automatic unless you cancel before renewal.
- Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your dashboard. Prorations and partial refunds are not offered unless required by law.
- Service Levels: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and updates may occur.
- Self-Hosted/Lifetime Licenses: If offered, lifetime applies to the product line’s supported life; hosting/domain/SSL inclusions follow the offer description for the first year, with normal renewal fees afterward.
9) Trainings, Bootcamps & Certificates
